    Shipment Charges

    1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected, weight of the products, and the destination.
    2. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

    Shipment Methods & Delivery Times

    1. We offer various shipping methods, each with its own estimated delivery time. Please note these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
    2. Delays may occur due to customs clearances, natural events, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    1. Orders shipped outside of Germany may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
    2. You, as the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other fees.
    3. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

    Order Tracking

    1.  Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information (if available based on the selected shipping method) so you can monitor your package’s progress.

    Damaged or Lost Items

    1. If you receive a damaged item or if your item is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
    2. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

    Returns & Exchanges

    1. Our return and exchange policy is detailed separately in our Returns Policy. All returns and exchanges are subject to the terms set out therein.

    Changes to this Shipment Policy

    1.  We may update or modify this Shipment Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

       

    Pricing and Payment

    1. The prices mentioned on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
    2. The delivery is made using mainly DHL or DPD. However, delivery to packing stations is not possible.
    3. You can choose to pay in advance, via PayPal, Credit Card or in Crypto over your MetaMask Wallet
