Shipment Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer various shipping methods, each with its own estimated delivery time. Please note these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped outside of Germany may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- You, as the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other fees.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information (if available based on the selected shipping method) so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If you receive a damaged item or if your item is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Pricing and Payment
- The prices mentioned on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
- The delivery is made using mainly DHL or DPD. However, delivery to packing stations is not possible.
- You can choose to pay in advance, via PayPal, Credit Card or in Crypto over your MetaMask Wallet
